B.O.P.S. - Bonding-Oriented-Pregnancy-Support
APPA – The ACADEMY-TO-PROMOTE-PRENATAL-ATTACHMENT - will soon be offering to all professionals dealing with pregnancy and childbirth in the broadest sense – such as midwives, doulas, obstetricians, general practitioners, alternative practitioners specialising in psychology etc. - a new learning format : ‘DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES” in English and German.
The new format - „distance learning courses“ - offer a number of significant advantages:
Time independence:
They allow participants to set their own schedule and learn at their own pace. This is particularly beneficial for working people and for anyone who has other commitments and therefore cannot be tied to fixed class times.
Location independence:
The course participants are not tied to a specific location and, above all, not to specific times. The ability to learn from home saves time and money on traveling to long distant places. There are also no time conditions regarding the completion of practical assignments and final certification. My course offers a comprehensive digital, interactive learning platform where participants can easily access all learning materials and complete assignments, regardless of where they are and how much time they take..
Global networking of APPA/BOPS graduates
As the learning content of my distance learning courses is embedded in the teaching of new, revolutionary knowledge and scientific findings in the field of pregnancy and birth, my courses offer the opportunity to create a global network set up by my course participants.
Interactive learning materials
These materials include lectures, written documents and video recordings.
Individual support
is offered in the form of individual ZOOM meetings. This enables individual support, which promotes the learning process and helps to directly clarify problems or ambiguities and supports the achievement of the aimed learning objectives.
Learning objectives
Setting up specific anamnesis questionnaires and their thorough analyses, using the „narrative/linguistic method“ which I developed. Presentation and explanation of the BOPS method with the aim to pass on this knowledge to the pregnant women. Acquisition of the certificate: „Qualification for accompanying pregnant women with the BOPS method (Bonding-Oriented-Pregnancy-Support) in order to promote prenatal bonding“.

Ich distanziere mich ausdrücklich von den Bindungsanalyse Kurse der BA-Gesellschaft. Ich unterrichte die von mir entwickelte Methode der Bindungsorientierten Begleitung der Schwangerschaft - B.O.B.S." für die ich keinerlei Erlaubnis der BA Gesellschaft benötige.
Ich integriere in meine Online Ausbildungskurse das in meiner Ausbildung zur Zertifizierten Bindungsanalytikerin Erlernte, greife auf die fachlichen Erläuterungen aus meinem Buch "Mit deiner Liebe wächst meine Seele" zurück und biete mit dem von mir zusammengestellten "Selbst-Fürsorge" Konzept den KursteilnehmerInnen die Möglichkeit, sich ihrer eigenen emotionalen Defizite bewußt zu werden und zeige ihnen Möglichkeiten auf, diese zu bearbeiten.
Im Laufe der vielen Begleitungen von Schwangeren mit der Bindungsanalyse und den bisherigen Erfahrungen aus meinen Ausbildungskursen konnte ich feststellen, dass Bindungsprobleme, Bindungsstörungen und Bindungsauffälligkeiten bei der Mehrheit der Schwangeren auf die emotionalen Defizite zurückzuführen sind, deren Ursprünge in den meist in der frühen Kindheit erlebten Erziehungs- und Bindungserfahrungen zu suchen sind.
Es ist möglich, dass aufgrund von nichtbearbeiteten und auch nicht bewußten Bindungsproblemen der Schwangeren, der Kontakt zum ungeborenen Baby blockiert wird.
Wenn sich die KursteilnehmerInnen mit ihren eigenen Defiziten befassen, wird es ihnen leichter fallen, das aus der Bearbeitung ihrer Defizite Gelernte an Schwangere weiterzugeben.
